August 5, 2019

The 7th set of exclusions have been posted in the Federal Register dated July 31, 2019.

This set of 69 exclusions are applicable to items found on Round 2 of the Sec 301 tariffs for China origin goods and each is limited to only a specific product found under the corresponding tariff.

The exclusions are retroactive to August 23, 2018 and will be effective until July 31, 2020, one year from the publication in the Federal Register.

The provisional number to be used when claiming the exclusion is 9903.88.12 and the full Federal Register notice is attached.

We encourage you to take time to look over the list and see if any exclusions may apply to goods that you import from China.

Please let us know if you find any that you believe apply to your goods of if you have any questions on the list.

You may also link direct to the Federal Register here.

We will continue monitoring this situation and alert you with any changes.  If you have any questions please contact us.
