CV International Announces Acquisition of Waters Shipping Company, Opens Branch Location in Wilmington, NC
NORFOLK, VA / WILMINGTON, NC – September 25, 2017 – CV International (CVI), a Norfolk, VA based freight forwarder and customs broker, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Waters Shipping Company, a Wilmington, NC based independent customs broker and freight forwarder.
Waters Shipping Company was founded in 1960 by O. W. “Bill” Waters. Like CVI, Waters’ business has been built on a results driven emphasis on customer service. Their staff will be joining the CVI team in a new CVI branch office in Wilmington, NC.
